Join me in a 15 minutes non-dual meditation practice inspired by
Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra.
First we spend some time welcoming the sensations of the body, thought and feelings. Noticing how awareness is ever welcoming and open.
From this space we will then welcome the sponateous flow of breath, just as it is. Allowing the moments between in- and outbreath to deepen and take us to the stillness that holds all of life.
The last 5 minutes are in silence.
