This retreat will be a co-creation with my inspiring friend on the path Ellen Emmet.

We will be using gentle yoga asana, free movement, breath meditation and chanting as instruments in our exploration

About Ellen Emmet


Ellen offers meetings and retreats in The Awakening Body, sharing a direct exploration of reality sourced in the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism and self-inquiry as transmitted through Francis Lucille and his lineage. In addition, she has a private practice as a Psychotherapist, and facilitator of Authentic Movement. Her background of Dance-Movement Therapy and Transpersonal Psychology is shaped by the non-dual understanding. This retreat will take place at Poulstone Court Retreat Centre.

The venue is a charming Victorian country house. Located in peaceful surroundings of the Wye Valley, it is in the heart of the beautiful Herefordshire countryside and provides a supportive environment.

The house and its gardens are full of personality, with an honest, peaceful and nourishing energy radiating within. Poulstone has been a home to retreats for over 25 years and is infused with the practice and energy of many diverse traditions.

2:30-4:30pm: Perhaps a short walk followed by a closing meditation.
