'The yoga of listening' is a co-creation with non-dual yoga meditation teacher and therapist Ellen Emmet (UK).
Join us for this weekend in which we will be using gentle yoga asana, free movement, breath meditation, conversation and chanting mantra and kirtan as instruments in our exploration. A practice that is inspired by the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism, Advaita-Vedanta and Bhakti yoga.

The art of listening is important in both Ellen and Ganga's work.
Listening to the body, to the intelligence of Life, the natural movement, the sound that wants to move through.
Listening to the whole of experience with great openness, as the great openness, so that in this openness the true essence of all can reveal itself to you.
Inquiry through the body, inquiry through the voice.

About Ellen Emmet

Ellen offers meetings and retreats in The Awakening Body, sharing a direct exploration of reality sourced in the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism and self-inquiry as transmitted through Francis Lucille and his lineage. In addition, she has a private practice as a Psychotherapist, and facilitator of Authentic Movement. Her background of Dance-Movement Therapy and Transpersonal Psychology is shaped by the non-dual understanding. Ellen has a very natural, authentic way of sharing her work and it is a great joy to welcome her in the Netherlands.
